Gävle Energi is owned by Gävle Municipality and has a turnover of over one billion kronor. We are now looking for a technical manager with previous experience in real estate; could that be you?

About the Job

Are you driven by providing excellent service and building relationships? Do you have previous experience in maintenance planning? Then the role of Technical Manager could be for you. You will belong to internal services and have a colleague in the same role, but your focus will be on Energy Production facilities (Gävle Kraftvärme AB).

Main Responsibilities

In your role as a technical manager, you will plan and initiate preventive and corrective property maintenance for the facilities within the Gävle Energi group. You will participate in new and renovation projects of our facilities. You will maintain the property management system and ensure that the property meets all applicable regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for office equipment for properties within Gävle Kraftvärme AB and act as a purchaser.

You will work in existing operational systems with documentation, registration, planning, and follow-up. You will also contribute to maintaining a high level of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work with continuous improvements.

Qualifications and Attributes

We are looking for someone with a property technical/technical education at least at the high school level or equivalent experience. You have previous experience with similar tasks and are comfortable working in systems. Experience in maintenance planning is an advantage.

As a person, you are solution-oriented and work in a structured manner. You have good collaboration skills and work well both in a team and independently. You enjoy providing excellent service and building relationships.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
